Play Dough Mats

So this week is conferences at my school district so work for subs is pretty slim. I have been using this time to update my store and add some new products. One thing that I love to take with me when I am subbing are play dough mats. These are fun and sometimes something out of the oridnary for students. I use them for early finishers or just for a fun activity to use during some down time in the day. I created a set of these mats and laminated them to take with me, I have spent a lot of stime subbing in kindergarten and first grade so I made a set of these mats for both grades. I used the Dolch sight words for each grade so the students are normally familiar with the words.

Solve and Color

Good Afternoon! 

I am enjoying a beautiful day off of work today, enjoying the sunshine and getting some work done. I was teaching 5th grade yesterday which was a different then where I am normally. I love being in primary with 3rd grade being my favorite. yesterday was a little bit of a challenge, the kids don't have school today so they were very ready for a three day weekend. 

One activity I brought with me to do yesterday with them was my new multiplication solve and color activities. I love having some different worksheets or things for students to work on when I am in their classroom to either fill up extra time or to change up what they normally do with their teachers. 

This new spring pack is so fun and a great time filler.

Meet Mrs. Clark

Hello and Welcome to my blog!

 After many years of reading teacher blogs I decided it was time to add my own thoughts to the blogging community. I am currently a substitute teacher working towards my Masters in Elementary Education. I mostly sub in elementary classes and have many great stories to share with you all. Along with subbing and school I love love love to create teaching products for Teacherspayteachers. When I am not teaching I am usually either baking, reading or spending time with my lovely husband. We recently got married and are enjoying married life and going on adventures in our little town. Along with these things I am also very involved with our church and the young adults group. I am often there cooking food for our weekly service or hanging out with the kiddos in children's ministry.

I look forward to meeting so many of you in this blogging community through my blog and hope to get to share some of my favorite products with you.
